Recreation Release Form
Liability: The Northern Beach Bums Club, its Executive Committee members and volunteers accept no liability whatsoever in the operation or management of NBBC or its road trips. All members have previously signed the NBBC Recreation Release Agreement for participation Day Trips and your forms are already on file with NBBC.
